• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

Sinama.lk reserves the right to terminate access to the website for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material, even if no account system is currently in place.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
